Often times we don't...There is a great truth here. Often times we don't understand a situation or how we feel about it until we have had a chance to talk through it, or in this case write through it. The act of communicating our fears as well as our dreams helps us process and organize them.<BR/><BR/>This is HUGE! Your definitely onto something here. When we express our fears and negative thoughts it gives us the ability to find a better solution to them. The same thing applies to our hopes and dreams, getting them out in the open helps us take steps to bring them about.<BR/><BR/>Thank you for putting this out there and explaining it as only you can it has meant so much to me.<BR/><BR/>I couple typos here and there but still an amazing piece. (I hate to say anything about this at all but I know the standards you hold yourself to in everything.
